Email Syntax Correction
Our eHygiene service identifies the validity of countless character errors, correcting almost every type of problem a domain or extension has.

Examples include identifying blank spaces or invalid characters, or if the “.com” extension is incomplete, such as “.cm,” it will be corrected or potential “junk” or “Spam” addresses are identified and removed, and if an email address does not have a valid domain extension, it’s added.

Domain Verification
The eHygiene solution identifies if the domain name in the email address is valid or not. The system identifies if an address is in fact valid, or if it is a bad domain name.

Mailbox Verification
Worldata’s eHygiene solutions checks public email addresses for their existence or non-existence. If an email address no longer exists, it is considered “dead” and is identified.
